Shipping Policy

All Radio Codes and Key Cutting Codes are delivered by email once retrieved. Most codes are sent instantly once we have received payment. Others are usually dispatched within one hour, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can also send the code through WhatsApp if preferred.

Refund & Return Policy

Once we have sent the code by email, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the service. We are happy to resolve any issues with the code by checking the system or request that you check the VIN or radio serial number, depending on which code you have purchased.
